The new Joomla is out! Joomla 1.5.15 - The Joomla Project announces the immediate availability of Joomla 1.5.15 [Wojmamni ama mamni]. It has been three months since Joomla 1.5.14 was released on July 30, 2009.
Now we have to do some testing on this new version and see how it works.
This is a release on the current Joomla 1.5 version. However, there is much anticipation for Joomla 1.6 - which is a larger release. It will not be as big as going from Joomla 1.0 to Joomla 1.5.
Testing is underway and there are a couple of new features mentioned that will be a great addition to the already amazing Joomla system.
Joomla has grown in great leaps over the past 5 years. Looking back, and seeing the scope of development and the intensity of the development - one has to be taken aback with the development made.
CMS systems are hee to stay and Joomla is on the front lines for the development of CMS! Go Joomla!
